Design

  • The design and manufacture of steel ball valves ensure the maximum service life and reliability. All ball valves are fully open and meet the design requirements of american petroleum institute standard API 608&API 6D and British standard BS 5351, and comply with american society of mechanical engineers standard ASMEB16.34.

Design Feature

  1. The valve body is forged from high-quality materials, the sphere is measured and installed, and the middle flange and neck are connected by bolts.
  2. Seat piston effect, both upstream and downstream are DBB functions of single piston effect seat.
  3. There are three sealing structures between the valve seat and the sphere: first, it is a traditional soft sealing structure; Second, it is a triangular ring sealing structure; Third, it is a hard seal structure.
  4. The valve stem is designed for blowout prevention, which can prevent the valve stem from spraying out of the valve body due to improper operation.
  5. With fireproof and antistatic device.
  6. Emergency sealing grease injection ports are designed at the valve seat seal and valve stem seal. Normal sealing does not depend on sealing grease. When the sealing surface is damaged and causes leakage, the sealing grease can be injected for emergency repair. Each grease injection port is equipped with a grease injection valve and an embedded one-way valve.
  7. Sewage outlet and vent. A blowdown valve is installed at the lowest position of the valve body, which can vent and blow down the valve cavity; A vent valve is installed on the upper part of the valve body, which can vent and clean the valve cavity online. The blowdown valve and vent valve can be isolation valves or special discharge joints to ensure safety, reliability and convenience.
  8. Connecting plate capable of matching various driving devices. The driving device includes handle, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, gas-liquid linkage, electro-hydraulic linkage, etc.
  9. For valves with welded ends, the valve end material (transition section) can be adjusted according to the user's pipeline material grade response to ensure the adaptability and weldability of material strength. For valves with sleeves at both ends, the length of sleeves can ensure that the field welding operation will not affect the sealing materials.
  10. Buried design. For valves installed underground, the valve stem should be lengthened according to the needs of the project, so that it can be operated on the ground, and the corresponding grease injection, blowdown and venting devices should be extended to the ground through pipes. The valve with high buried height shall be provided by the customer.
